Having experience in cultural management, Paskucz Ioan Ştefan has been responsible for the cultural projects of the past 6 years within the NV Branch of the Architects Order. As president of OAR North West, he organizes summer schools and symposiums such as Syncretism between the arts project, alongside UAP Baia Mare - Architecture and Photography (2013), Architecture and Graphics (2014), Architecture and Painting (2016).
He is a founding member of the ARTE + Foundation
He organizes cultural events such as 5th-9th of May Buildings-Pantheon, Pavilion Hollosy Restoration 1rst floor exhibition space, Church of the Holy Trinity Exhibitions - Teceu Ukraine, Moving monuments Citadel Square. He is the organizer of the North West Fest Jazz Festival.
He completed his university studies at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, postgraduate studies in the restoration of architectural heritage and has a European specialization in architectural restoration followed by an internship in Venice.
He has been the recipient of a wide range of awards and honorable mentions, including the most recent LAUD Honorable Mention for the Design of Public Space in the Historic Center - for the "Rehabilitation and Promotion of the Cultural and Historical Identity of the Square Market and the Ștefan Tower" project.
